Practice Guideline 1: Experience your medicine.
How are your rhythms and routine a ritual or ceremony? Notice your when you feel tired, when you feel hungry, when you want to be indoors and outdoors, when you want to shout, dance or expression an emotion throughout the day. Write them down in your dream notebook. Often times our intuition, sensations and emotions are keys to what is happening on physical and spiritual levels.
What do you notice about your emotional state in relationship to the astrological happenings? If you do not have much knowledge of the stars and how to interpret them, start with the New Moon and Full Moon that we have experience thus far.
What do you notice about the way the state of your environment affects your emotional state? What about your mental state? How do you emotional state and mental state create your psyche? What is the relationship between your divine purpose and your psyche?
