The enrollment goal is 25 students ($600-$1332 each) signed up for this semester.

Established in 2017 as grassroots workshops and conferences, Cause Reign is a public oral and cultural history project & spiritual and personal development service focused on mental-emotional wellness through energy healing and the study of dreamworking. Cause Reign has served over 500 clients and specializes in serving LGBT family, Black and Indigenous folks, trauma survivors, and those seeking ancestral connection and wisdom. In 2019, Cause Reign transitioned their workshops into a semester-length online course and standardized their consultation offering into divination ceremonies. The online courses and divination ceremonies are housed under Dream Reclamation, Energy and Ancestral Healing, and Matriarchal Praxis (DREAM) School. DREAM School has served 38 Black, Chicano, Queer, and Trans students ages 22-34 since Fall 2019. Cause Reign’s vision is to expand DREAM School into a K-20 Afro-Indigenous school, sustenance learning farm, and clinic that provides both traditional and allopathic services.

    • After Onboarding: complete the Care Plan and familiarize yourself with all the tools.

      • Take special note of additional spiritual hygiene practice & any healing/initiatory journey that you are already on.

  • Two student divination Meetings - 90 min each

    • During these meetings, each student will be assigned a Dream cohort guide using divination methods.

  • 4 hours per week of direct student support

    • Onboard each of your students.

      • Have they completed their intake form and intake interview with TBN or another 2nd+ semester TA?

      • Be sure they know how to log in to Classroom, have Slack access, are aware of the different methods of support (their ancestors, guides, and living family (blood and chosen), book a call with TBN, best contact method for their Dream cohort guide, communicating with their cohort in Slack, Slack for announcements, Ocean Hour via Zoom, moon calendar.)

      • Receive feedback on their best learning methods and how they would like support moving through the modules (How do you learn best? Why would you like a guide in learning about your dream medicine?)

        • 1st Semester TAs - 3-5 students

        • 2nd+ Semester TAs - 5-7 students and Intake Interviews* 5-15 students

          • *based on your capacity/training w/in DREAM School

        • Lead Teacher: Initial application phone call and intake interviews of 12-25 students; lead 5-7 students; backup Dream cohort guide to all TAs

    • Document all student interactions within client tracking system

      • This allows for a smooth transition if you need to take an emergency or planned hiatus

  • Twice monthly teachers meetings

    • WhatsApp Group participation with teaching staff

  • Recommended weekly Ocean Hour and irregular Community Rituals/Events (such as Solstice Ceremony or Listen: A Story Circle)

  • Closing recorded conversation with each of your students
